Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, delivery location, weather conditions, and other delays outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, tamPrime is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages caused by incorrect addresses, or delivery issues after tracking shows the package has been delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return or refund, customers may be required to provide photos, videos, order number, and a clear description of the issue.

Items must be returned in the same condition received, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included parts. Used, damaged, missing-part, or altered items may not qualify for a full refund.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gift cards, promo codes, digital items, clearance items, and giveaway items are final sale and have no cash value unless required by law.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

tamPrime reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, or violation of store policies.

Product Condition Policy

Product condition may vary depending on the listing. Items may be new, open box, refurbished, pre-owned, or tested working. Please review the product description and photos carefully before purchasing.

Minor cosmetic wear, packaging damage, or missing retail packaging may be present on certain items if clearly stated in the listing.

Warranty Policy

Unless specifically stated in the product listing, tamPrime does not provide a manufacturer warranty. Some products may still qualify for manufacturer warranty directly through the brand or manufacturer.

We do not guarantee manufacturer warranty coverage unless it is clearly mentioned in the item description.

Gift Card & Promo Code Policy

tamPrime gift cards, store credits, and promo codes are valid only at tamPrime.com. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen.

Promo codes may have expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or one-time-use limits. tamPrime reserves the right to cancel or refuse any promo code that is misused, duplicated, altered, or obtained fraudulently.

Giveaway Policy

Giveaway prizes, promotional items, and store credit rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged or refunded. tamPrime reserves the right to verify eligibility and cancel any giveaway reward if misuse, fraud, or violation of rules is suspected.

Payment Policy

All payments must be completed at checkout through the available payment methods on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

For security reasons, tamPrime may cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious, high-risk, or require additional verification.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only to process orders, provide customer service, improve our website, and communicate important updates related to purchases.

We do not sell customer personal information. Payment information is processed securely through trusted payment providers and is not stored by tamPrime.

Limitation of Liability

tamPrime is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of any product purchased from our store. Customers are responsible for using products safely and according to manufacturer instructions.
