What to expect at launch
When does tamPrime Print Lab open?
We're finalizing setup now. Join the waitlist above and you'll be the first to know the exact launch date.
What file formats will you accept?
PNG, PDF, AI, and SVG. For best print quality, we'll recommend sending artwork at 300 DPI or as a vector file.
Will I get a proof before it prints?
Yes — every order will include one digital proof by email. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
What's the expected turnaround time?
Most orders will ship within 3–5 business days after proof approval, with rush production available for select products.
Will there be bulk discounts?
Yes, planned pricing steps down at 250, 500, and 1000+ units.
