At tamPrime USA Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day free return policy for eligible items.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To initiate a return, simply request a return through your order on our website, similar to how returns are requested on major online marketplaces.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We offer free returns for all eligible items within the 30-day period.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Activated SIM cards or wireless service plans
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Items missing parts or not in original condition (unless received damaged)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please request a return within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Process

  • Request a return from your order on our website
  • Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided
  • Ship the item within the specified timeframe
  • Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders must follow the return process.

Fraud Prevention

tamPrime USA Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the return policy.
